Hey folks, does anyone have any input on retrogrades for scorpios during this months period time? Inquiries elsewhere led nowhere, so any bit of input would be appreciated, especially from our new astrologer members. :)

Scorpios! Please, help a Leo out!

I feel so on edge stepping into Scorpio territory, you guys really are the powerhouse of the zodiac. I'm gonna go for it though, be gentle!

Basically, I've been dating my first Scorpio, and my world has taken a complete 180 since we've been together, for better and for worse. I'm having trouble understanding this man, but I want to so bad. I have a moon in Aquarius, so my emotions tend to be intellectualized and rationalized before they actually take form, and by the time they take form they're so awkward and wordy that they don't even seem like emotions anymore. He is NOT okay with that.

I tend to take my relationships, not light, but my feelings are more implied than demonstrative. I trust my partner and trust they're there for me and am generally confident in myself and my relationships. If they do something to betray me, then okay, I'll move along. My Scorpio partner doesn't understand this. He's been hurt once or twice in his past, and he will NEVER let it go. He projects his insecurities from his past relationships onto ours and expects me to hurt him in the same way he was in the past. The thing is, I'm very loyal, I'm not out to get him, I genuinely want him to be HAPPY, but he's always on this cynical downward spiral. I'll get him out for a moment only for him to drop another 10 feet the next day. He always expects the worst in me and it hurts.

I try to talk to him about it, to assure him I'm in it for him and him alone, but he's so on edge. I do have a flirtatious personality, I have friends of the opposite sex, but I don't feel for them what I feel for him, but he is so untrusting. So I'm torn between maintaining my independence and my life outside of him, and wanting to keep him happy and secure and trusting me. My question to you guys, how can I get him to realize that I need a life outside of him and I need to maintain my own identity, but that doesn't take away from my feelings for him? He admits hes needy and doesn't feel secure unless I show that I need him as much as he needs me. My relationship with him is my number one priority but it's not my only priority, and he wants it to be. Will he ever accept that? Help me, dear Scorpios!

** Astrolesson: The Language of Aspects

** Astrolesson: The Language of Aspects
When you think of aspects, think of angles. Some take a lot of energy; some less. Some have an easy flow, while others have a tension or start/stop quality. This is easy to see when you're driving: A four-way stop intersection has two oppositions (opposing traffic) at a 180-degree angle. But that intersection also has four 90-degree (square) angles. It takes more energy concentration (and fuel!) to stop, see what the other cars are doing and then step on the accelerator. When you are merging into traffic, like a highway ramp, the angle of merge (which differs) allows you to keep driving and use less energy and fuel.
Aspects (angles) are what make a chart come alive, because aspects represent the dialogue. Difficult conversations and easy conversations require different levels of energy expenditure. What takes a lot of energy and what has easy flowing, supportive energy? Squares (90 degrees), oppositions (180 degrees) and quincunxes (150 degrees) require more energy, thought and consideration. Trines (120 degrees) and sextiles (60 degrees) have a geometric flow or ease. Conjunctions (0 degrees) are in their own category -- it depends on what energies (planets) are coming together.
Think of the planets that are in aspect as having a conversation. The angle between the planets describes what kind of conversation they are having. Squares, quincunxes and oppositions are known as hard aspects. The energy from these aspects generally represents challenges to be overcome, or a balance that needs to be found. Sextiles and trines are considered soft aspects. Their energy is generally harmonious and beneficial. The energy resulting from a conjunction can be either helpful or difficult, depending upon the planets involved.
Next time you're in traffic, look at the angles and think about how much of your attention is required. Next time you look at an astrology chart, think about it being easy or hard to navigate. Most charts contain a combination of hard and easy aspects -- which is what makes life so interesting!

For scorpio's with the sun entering Capricorn

December 21: Sun enters Capricorn
As we near the end of the year, you may feel a bit nostalgic and contemplative as you think about where you've been and where you're headed. The Sun’s entrance into Capricorn takes place when the northern hemisphere is tilted away from the Sun. This marks the Winter Solstice, a time celebrated throughout the ages by many cultures. During this practical earth-sign time, tune into your goals and -- just like Capricorn’s animal symbol. the mountain goat -- set your sights high.

December 21: Jupiter conjunct Neptune
These two big planets finally reach the third and final conjunction (in this series). This is an energy you have been working with since earlier this year, when the first conjunction occurred on May 27 in Aquarius. This idealistic pair continued to travel together and formed a second conjunction on July 10. Jupiter expands the spiritual inclusive nature of Neptune, which helps people to reach out, network and dream big. You have been helped and continue to be wherever this duo is currently transiting in your own chart.
December 25: Venus enters Capricorn
It’s always an interesting shift when the love planet leaves nomadic, freedom-oriented Sagittarius and enters serious, pragmatic Capricorn. If you’ve wanted to nail down your wandering Romeo or Ramona, now is your chance! Capricorn loves nothing better than a real commitment, and those with staying power in their DNA are ready to make one. Don’t try to push anything, though, as plans will take time to develop with Mars currently retrograde.
December 26: Mercury turns retrograde
Because Mercury turns retrograde in ambitious Capricorn while next to the north node, this is a very potent retrograde period. You receive information that will help you. Pay extra attention now to conversations, messages and ideas that you or others discuss. Although all of the typical Mercury retrograde cautions apply, if you can use this time to more deeply formulate your ideas and plans, you will be able to implement them with great power and strength in January when Mercury turns direct on January 15.
December 28: Venus squares Saturn
Even Venus in sensible Capricorn apparently needs to be reminded of boundaries and rules. You get plenty of clarity about your most important relationships. That’s the good news -- and also the bad news, for there’s nothing quite like a clear-eyed, fantasy-free view of the ones you love. Just make sure, with Saturn’s current placement in Libra, that you don’t overwork your mind too much on this one.
December 28: Mercury conjunct north node
The words you choose and the ideas you express have particular importance with this conjunction. Mercury represents communication. Think of the north node as the road ahead. What you say now can move you forward in a significant way. It’s like you can now get on the escalator instead of walking up all those stairs! Misspeak and you will feel as if you're on a stairmaster, going over the same territory over and over again.
December 31: Full Moon lunar eclipse in Cancer
The final of four lunar eclipses of the year occurs on the final day of December. (We have also experienced two solar eclipses this year.) This final lunar is in the water sign Cancer, which is quite emotional and very compassionate. Whenever lunar eclipses occur in water signs, the sensitivity factor is ramped-up. All lunar eclipses are like an extra-intense full Moon, an emotional high tide when you assess where you are emotionally. In the days following this Moon, but before the next new Moon, get a plan together to maximize what’s great -- or to make changes that will make you feel more comfortable. This Cancer Moon is opposed by the Sun (the Sun is always opposite the Moon at a full Moon) and Venus and Pluto in worldly Capricorn. With the pull from people and circumstances in your environment that are keeping your career on your radar screen, do what you can to pay attention to your personal needs while remaining mindful of your family’s needs.
January 4: Sun conjuncts Mercury
The communicator planet joins the Sun, imparting plenty of information. You should be feeling quite pragmatic with this Capricorn conjunction as you thoughtfully weigh pros and cons; you are likely to make a few changes in some of your plans and projects. Because Mercury is still retrograde, it is best to analyze thoughtfully but without yet making decisions. The truth is, you will change your mind more than once. So give your mind a break and don't finalize anything just yet. This is a fruitful time to reflect and ponder, but not to act!
January 7: Sun quincunxes Mars
The 150-degree aspect, the quincunx, describes energy that is a bit off-kilter. It's kind of like a curve ball: what you think you see coming is not exactly what you end up with. Mars heats situations up and you will help yourself this week by remaining open to changes. Don't get stuck with one point of view or one way to go. Mars is retrograde -- like a salmon swimming upstream -- so take this formidable energy and direct it toward goal achievement. Just don't expect things to happen right away, for part of what you're doing now is long-range planning.
January 8: Venus quincunxes Mars
When the planets of love (Venus) and desire (Mars) are not exactly on speaking terms, you either get a whole lot of passion ... or argumentativeness. With Mars retrograde, people tend to pull back their energy and, in general, act more strategically. Mars in Leo has a large dose of pride (perhaps unhealthily so), while Venus in Capricorn is quite status-conscious and commitment-focused. How do you get these two to get along? Make love, not war!

I can celebrate and enjoy the social aspects of the Christmas Holiday and I do.....

But there is also a quiet reflective quality that seems to locate me and bring me to a place....that just pops up at years end.

Anyone else have introspective mood during the holidays?

I see my life where I was this time last year, the year before...all collectively...like looking through a series of layers/paynes of glass....

I see how I have stayed the same and how I have changed.....

very full circle feeling....and renewal as I begin a new year.....

What do you go through inside, how do you let go, how do you get through?
Haters

All my life, the biggest challenges have been brought forth by haters.
No matter what it is, from being popular with people, doing well at your job, and winning games and sports, I always have to deal with some a$$hole haters that try to undermine or screw you over because you threaten their ego. Even if you have never done anything wrong to them. And I always try to be humble. I dont see too many others around me having this problem. It annoys the hell out of me. That I have to defend against some weak sneaky person getting in my way and I have flick them off my nuts.

Scorpios know they are brilliant. We know that we are gonna come out on top because we depend on ourselves and are confident. Our focus and obsessiveness makes us relentless. I do my best to succeed in alot of things. I never feel right when I half-ass annything that I have passion and care about. Why do I make such enemies out of people I haven't wronged?

As Scorpios, do you guys face this kind of element in your life alot? People either hate me or love me alot. The ones that hate are plenty enough to make me try to examine myself.

So in another thread I mentioned briefly a theory of mine about our sun signs and their natural opposite. My position was that we should see each zodiac sign not as one out of twelve, but rather as being one part of six axes. In reality then there are only six energies:
Aries - Libra: Independence /Inter-dependence
Taurus - Scorpio: Power, personal and shared. Submission and Domination.
Gemini - Sagittarius: Knowledge - Widely spread vs localised
Cancer - Capricorn: Parental Axis. Responsibility, work vs home.
Leo - Aquarius: Personal will vs Group will. Monarchy vs Democracy
Virgo-Pisces: Service, To another vs to all. Detail vs Imagination

My theory proceeds as follows. We are not a 'sun sign', one of twelve, we operate upon an axis and will do our best in that axis if we understand the opposite end of that spectrum, our opposing sign. If however, we don't fully utilise our sun-sign potential, we run the risk of 'falling' into the opposite sign, normally the worst traits of that sign.

Any ideas?

Scorpio Serenity Prayer?

Dear Scorpio, I found a prayer floating around the Web that
should be particularly helpful for you in the coming days. It has
been slightly altered from its original version as a 12-step
affirmation. Here goes: "O God, grant me the serenity to accept
the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I
cannot accept, and the wisdom to pull hilarious pranks on
everyone who pisses me off. Help me to be careful of the toes I
step on today, as they may be connected to an ass that I have
to kiss tomorrow."

Scorpio - Strengths and Weaknesses

Just wondering, this is a tribe presumably filled with people with Scorpio strong in their charts.

What would your opinion be of the what the strengths and weaknesses of the sign are. I am a firm believer that no sign is perfect and all signs have weaknesses. At the same time no sign is a burden or is 'evil' or is 'bad'. All signs are merely different.

For me the strengths of scorpio is a strength that is looked upon poorly by society and can, in its extreme, become its weakness - scorpio can be the lone wolf. I think it interesting that of all the signs Scorpio is often found to be 'forced' alone in some ways - there are feelings of isolation with this sign because perhaps of being too intense, holding too tightly or being seen as 'taboo' or 'undesirable' in some way. Whilst as an extreme this is definitely not an easy thing for anyone to shoulder, it strikes me that in balance this can be a hugely strengthening quality - character building as they say. Scorpio, more so than say Leo, can survive all by itself. It does not need the applause of an audience nor does it need the opinions of others. Of course it craves these things which is why you see so many Scorpios involved in theatre, but it does not need them like other signs do. Life's lessons has taught them to survive on their own, whether they like it or not.

How many here have been 'isolated' in some way or another? What are the other strengths of Scorpio and what are the weaknesses? It takes courage to admit a weakness, is Scorpio a courageous sign?
I think Aquarius may share some of the feelings of isolation too btw, it is not solely Scorpio's domain, but how each react to that is very very different.

For women, by a woman

Are there any Scorpio women (or heavily influenced) left on this tribe? If so, have you had any experiences lately that you felt that your Scorpionic influences helped or harmed you? Is it a good time for you? Or a trying time?

Its been really weird for me. Lots of activity (good and bad) with little return, which is generally okay, but it also puts me in need. Lots of chaos has been happening around me and I feel like I'm breaking through some thorn-ed pathways within myself. Still in it and trying to keep from losing my way. It is so interesting to watch something decay, until you realize it is your own self. Oh how emo of me.

Anyway, it'd be nice to have some connection here with others who may be going through similar experiences. Especially since we, as Scorpions, understand things in a certain way that some people may not. Okay, you don't have to be a woman to answer this. Its just rare to get female interaction here, that's all. ;}

...I wrote this a while ago...

Word of mouth, thoughts of clouds, endless sky, restricted time,
pain I defuse,
As I have this blank expression, the currents undertoe intertwine,
Knots in my heart and belly,
Wish I can just have her, solid and steady,
Mental blocks, I feel that I am ready, but understanding of the heart,
Its pain and happiness, is what rises and falls to its own tune being,
Dancing ferociassly is my heart, ready to devour my loves offerings,
Take her hand and caress her hair, eyes that make my time not even care,
At this point I know that my Queen awaits me, and when our lives intersect,
Tasteful fruit juices, undeniable pheromones, I got you honey and thats a bet,
Loyalty is my #1 rule, I know that sometimes I can be cold, but I can be just as hot,
Im not trippin' just sticking to the facts,
Now I wave my hand here in my cacoon, mystic thoughts slippin' through the cracks...
Patient I have become, cause I know that in the long run,
The equinox will happen, longer than an eclipse, the Moon God will have his Sun,
And thats just what I want....
The ONE...

This is my third Scorp. I keep shooting my mouth off! She's so intense and yet so sensitive. I forget the sensitive and respond with equal intensity and man does it blow up in my face! I got pissed and told her I didn't care if I ever saw her again. She asked me if I really meant that and then said F off and hung up. And then her phone minutes ran out before I could say "wait! I dont' mean that!" Now she won't talk to me. I dont' know if it's over or she's just processing. I tried to see her and she said leave me alone. She wouldn't answer her door either. Wont answer her phone. It's been three days of silence on her part. I don't know if this is pertinent but we got involved and moved in together, her place, in two dates. We live together for 6 months. I moved out at the beginning of August. And she has not asked for her keys back. Can someone please calibrate my scorpio decoder ring? Is it over or is she just processing? I'm figuring the mystical side of her saw we were destined and just moved me in. I mean how many of you do that. I'm assuming most of you are careful and protective of your nest and your hearts. Normally I would have wrapped my arms around her pushing me away until she calmed and then talked with her, loved her and assured her. I don't live there now and don't want to a. act like a stalker or b. push her away. I feel like I'm in a catch 22. Any insights or suggestions? I want to spend my life with her for better or worse. I need help. She normally doesn't initiate things directly. So I fear if I leave it in her hands she'll just rely on that lone wolf m.o. and not talking with begat more not talking.

Scorpio social slickness?

One of the big dividers between scorps & virgos are their social behaviour: scorps try to impose their will on others & virgos are team-players. I have wondered if scorps themselves ponder the benefits/drawbacks concerning this traditional scorpio behaviour; many situations in life are depending on other peoples willingness to cooperate & I have noticed that slick social behaviour (as easy as breathing for virgoans) can change no to yes in very short time. Politeness often is much mightier than "swords" in everyday life. Are there scorps out there who has deliberately softened their behaviour just to get what they want more often/faster or is such restraint too much "against the grain" to even be contemplated..?

Buying decent automatic watches in certain parts of Sweden seems to be an eternal hassle, they never arrive on time. This frustrating episode got me thinking about the schizoid nature of virgoan rammies:

Virgo: -Oh, the watch is delayed again, well...waiting for good things just make them sweeter!
(hoarse, sepulchre demon-Ram voice inside head: -AH WANT MAH WATCH, N AH WANT IT NOW..!!)

Hello all. I was hoping you could answer some questions for me. I am a double Pisces with a STRONG Scorpio moon and after years of being too emotional and overly sensitive I have just discovered my Scorpio detachment. Now don't get me wrong, it has all ways been there and served me well in times of trauma but more as an sub-conscious reaction. I have just recently willfully imposed it on a certain situation, and my question is: Once you have decided to emotionaly detach from a situation can you ever re-attach? Once those feeling have been locked down and put away can they ever be brought out to see the light of day again or do the Scorpio extremes prevent that?

Does Scorpy see competition to oust or do power-crabs feel a "little-brother" syndrome & are tempted to take unruly scorps in hand/claw, so to speak?

I’ve noticed that Taurus, virgo, capi seem to hardly get angry; they definitely don’t need to attend an anger management class. Scorpios have the tendency to seethe in anger without combusting. How do you deal with your anger? Do you go punching a sand bag?

When someone who you consider sort of a friend, annoys you unintentionally or make you feel uncomfortable for being too close. You know that privacy and secret life all Scorpio must have in their own time at home, mine right now is being invaded days and nights and I'm about to burst out in a manner that will make the friendship irreparable. What are your ways of going about to let them know to step back and let you breathe or else.

There is always an undertone to what you say, we've all heard "it's not what you say, but how you say it", so when it comes to greetings, what does some of them say?

For instance, Hi, kinda says, Hi, whattya want from me, what can I do for you,
when you say hi you're confident, maybe even cocky or comfortable at least, and lets say this is your first time meeting someone, Hello sounds a lttle stuffy, I hate to be asked, How are you doing"

Scorpio, Pluto and Transformation

Something that I've always wondered about is that Pluto deals primarily with transformation and relates to Scorpio.

In order for transformation to occur there needs to be a sense of 'change' or something mutating from the old to the new, a sense therefore, of mutability. Now juxtapose this need alongside the fixed sign of Scorpio and we should surely see some sort of paradox. If scorpio is about fixed, preserved, unchanging emotion and pluto is about change then what's going on?

I have a theory that Pluto does not hold the reins of transformation alone. That transformation is also the domain of Mercury. Before everyone protests that this is nonsense, everyone knows that mercury is all about communication and not transformation, I would urge that you just hold back for a moment and think it through.

Mercury is NOT about communication. Communication is ONE aspect of Mercury. Communication is a characteristic of the character Mercury. The characteristics are not equal to the character itself.

Alchemy deals with the transmutation of base metal into gold. So which planet rules this transmutation, this transformation and alchemy? Is it pluto? No. It is Mercury. Mercury was the planet that ruled alchemy. Naturally Pluto was not discovered whilst alchemy was en vogue but this doesn't detract the mercurial nature of transmutation.

So with this in mind, it strikes me that Mercury and Pluto are not so dissimilar and it strikes me odd that Scorpio, a fundamentally fixed sign, should be ruled by a planet that demands change. What does this mean for Scorpio itself? It strikes me that, more so than the other fixed signs, Scorpio has to learn the lessons of 'letting go' of attachments and that life will force this upon Scorpio. The fear of change is perhaps stronger with scorpio because of this. That scorpio is ruled by a planet that demands change seems like a slap in the face for scorpio. Scorpio is a fixed sign of preservation, how unfair that its ruling planet is one that 'forces' change. However this is the lesson that Scorpio, above the other fixed signs perhaps, must learn.

Perhaps scorpio has to 'break' its habit of emotionally holding onto things. In order to transform, Scorpio must, for example, fall in love, fixate on that love, hold it fast and will it to be preserved forever, only for it to be taken away (die) often unfairly or cruelly in such a way that the scorpio themselves will feel powerless. And through this horrific experience the scorpio themselves will be transformed - either to lick their wounds and grow from there, or crumble and 'fall'. Scorpio, who longs to be the strong powerful creature it feels it should be (and often is) will not take this battering by 'nature' so easily as other signs might. Scorpio is often accused of holding onto a grudge. personally I've seen this happen time and again and I'll just throw it out there? Is this true? Does Scorpio find it hard to forgive? My opinion is that yes, scorpio takes things personally (even it pretends not to care) and does hold a bit of a grudge and can find it hard to forgive.

Which brings me to my final point. The 'lesson' of scorpio is forgiveness. Why else would Pluto the transformer work on the fixed sign of emotion. But not just to forgive others. That's much easier. To forgive themselves. To forgive themselves for being 'weak' and for not being the independant self sufficient 'i need nobody but myself' hermetic assassin that they sometimes convince themselves they are or should be. It is much harder to forgive yourself for not living up to your own expectations and for me, this is one of the lessons of scorpio. To learn that its ok to be weak. Someone once told me that we admire people for the strengths, but we love them for their weaknesses.

Opinions? Thoughts?
Kinda making two points here - the 'fraternity' between Mercury and Pluto, and the 'cruelty' of scorpio having Pluto as its ruling planet.

That got me wondering about what motivates such loyalty. Any thoughts? What is it that will give you that sense of loyalty to a friend?

This, dear friends, is your thread.

take complete poetic lisence.

please talk with each other, and give us something to really get a kick out of, you are both so loquacious we may have to choke you. :)

Unless i have to delete some rudeness or slight, this thread is only for these two poets to talk with each other within, and the rest of the tribe

will not intrude. Now don't censor yourselves with rudeness, this is your stage. Give us a beautiful show.

please.

I don't mind cannibalism, but sawing legs, poking eyes or shredding skin kinda sickens me.

Sun conjunct Neptune

Right now: Moon at 0°48' Taurus, Sun at 23°37' Cancer	5:02 pacific, july 15, 2009

Sun conjunct Neptune

Astrology aspects - Sun conjunct Neptune
Any Neptune aspect to the Sun is likely to have a distinct impact on the individual expression of personal power, identity and life direction, so it becomes important to create a positive approach to the Neptunian energy and especially so with the more influential aspects of the conjunction, square and opposition. The difficulty with an unintegrated or repressed Neptune is that its influence often appears to be negative, and with the conjunction aspect it is imperative to discover a way of joining this energy to the natural form of expression that the Sun sign indicates.

You will probably experience an ongoing challenge of self-confidence and of establishing a suitable and satisfying lifestyle and sense of purpose. The nebulous influence of Neptune's sea mists tends to confuse you, dissolving many of your intentions away, and making your sense of individual identity almost transparent at times as that personality centre seems to ebb and flow in tune with an inner tidal rhythm. Because of an inner experience associated with insubstantiality, you can lack the strength of a firm and fixed individuality, and this has the effect of diminishing confidence regarding your actual capabilities and will to achieve any objectives. You can find it hard to be consistent and to persevere through self-discipline and application for long periods of time. Your identity can appear to be periodically submerged by the powerful Neptune energy, dissolving plans and ambitions, and then leaving you washed ashore in another inner place wondering what to do next even before you have completed the last project.

That ethereal Neptunian music will invade your conscious mind, acting as a diverting distraction, and in some cases can influence the listener to becomes lost in the swirlings of his / her own hyperactive imagination, leading to self-delusions. Comfronting the stark realities of life is not always easy with a prominent Neptune. There is a tendency to build a private reality, one which excludes the dark sides of self and the world, establishing a veiled and limiting perspective of life which only generates activity by additional repression into the unconscious mind. Personal responsibility is avoided if possible, and all experiences are filtered through this restrictive veil, a state that if prolonger leads to inner and outer alientation.

Often these forms of self-delusion emanate from personal desires, emotions and sensitive feelings, as Neptune is associated with the plastic and pliable astral level. You may develop unusual needs and desires which are subtle, intangible yet peculiarly persistent, and you may feel inwardly driven to experience or actualise them in some way. For many, such hard-to-define feelings and yearnings create more confusion and self-deception, especially when attached to idealistic images of perfection and unrealistic expectations which can only bring disillusionment and disappointment in their wake. For the few, Neptune may bring genuine inspiration, although, even in such cases, this may become mixed with desires of self-elevation and ambitions, especailly in the sphere of the conjunction's house.

One of the hardest lessons for anyone with a close Neptune aspect is facing the realities of life. Neptune finds such confrontations almost inimical to its sensitivities, preferring to slide away instead of looking. You may have noticed such evasiveness in your life, manifesting in a variety of disguises through the years: the evasion of problems - the ostrich syndrome; the evasion of decision-making; the evasion of self-assertion; and the evasion of the effort to unfold your inner potential. It can then become difficult to ensure that your solar path is clear when the mists of Neptune descend, confusing directions and masking the signposts along the way.

The disguises of Neptune are legion, but their cumulative effect is considerable, gradually creating an unsatisfactory lifestyle and diminution of direction, meaning and purpose as the real self is lost under veils of escapism. We are all prone to this tendency, and it is this that keeps us spiritually asleep. 'Wake up' is the cry of the spirit, a waking up that gives us the experience of a direct, unfiltered confrontation with life; a connection to our solar centre, which is a light exposing all those shadowy corners. Facing the higher aspect of Neptune ie not a self-deluding experience either, but is a sobering one. An unintegrated Neptune may offer delusions and glamour, but integrating the Sun and Neptune is a path towards fusing the individual emotional level with the universal life, in a similar way as integrating Uranus-Sun fuses the mind through intuition with the universal mind.

Recognising the nagative expression of Neptune is the first step; the next is to choose to integrate this power into your life so that the positive dimension opens. There have undoubtedly been times when you have felt in full control, confident in yourself and your ability to achieve ambitions, only to pass into another phase when this confidence seeps away, dissolving as quickly as you try to hold on to it. This occurs when Neptune and the Sun are at odds with each other, where a fusion has not yet happened.

While this aspect can become a gateway to an inward turning, an entering of the inner worlds and mystical devotion, it is more useful to consider how an external expression of the energy can stimulate greater integration.

Neptune offers a variety of gifts that can be applied as creative expression, gifts which emanate from the inner seas and which are simultaneously a channel or path back into conscious contact with Neptune's realm and towards the higher social centre. These include art, music, poetry, drama, literature, pychism, mysticism. The potential is to reveal inspiration through such channels for the benefit of all who are capable of receiving the transmission. Unlocking inner doors so that creativity flows is extremely enriching, and shifts the level of consciousness; there can be dangers in unlocking the flood gates, as so many creative individuals have discovered, but in many ways it is a sacred task to reveal the numinosity of the light behind the material appearance.

Adding or developing a creative and artistic dimension to your life will be a means of integrating this Neptunian energy, as it will begin to flow into those particular channels that you have opened. Allied to this it will begin to display its positive face, as greater meaning, purpose and life direction have more cohesiveness and substance, and your solar path will be strengthened, offering a more permanent direction instead of periodically dissolving. Even if such creativity is purely for your own satisfaction, enjoyment and need for self-expression, over time you will become aware of the benefits that it can bring you. These talents may need deliberate training and development, but such time spent will be rewarding. Moving into this direction may require you to reconsider your whole lifestyle, as its influence will be profound, and understanding your individuality can be transformative.

Your type of employment may stand revealed as deeply unfulfilling and unsatisfactory, being restrictive rather than a positive factor; and this can pose the problem of an economic restructuring in your life. Finding a way of living that can satisfy those creative abilities may be difficult, but the alternative is even more damaging if you choose to turn your back on the seductive music of Neptune. Creativity or craftsmanship is the route that Neptune is indicating; or, alternatively, working with people in community service to be of social benefit. Perhaps through teaching, medicine, social work, you can contribute to others' welfare. This is a heart response to the music, equally significant, and satisfying that desire to be positive in the world.

Find a way which offers more freedom than traditional work strucutures, a way that encourages creativity or service to flow. In so doing, you unravel your Sun-path to travel along, and those times of confusion and indecision are relegated to memories. The potential of working with Neptune is considerable; Neptune can transform you if you are open to its promptings and messages. If you reject Neptune, then its waters will slowly erode away your dreams and desires, denuding you of power to achieve your aims, and leaving you with an unfulfilled life; it is wiser to acknowledge its inner promptings and try to change in accord with them. Neptune does not take kindly to being ignored, and makes its presence felt.

The Aspects of Pluto

I have noticed that my Pluto aspects are probably the ones that I resonate to the most. Pluto is of course my Chart Ruler, and apart from anything else is also in Scorpio itself. Also my closest aspect is also a Pluto one.

What I'm wondering is whether the closest aspect of the chart ruler will be in some ways the corner stone of the other aspects, indeed ALL the aspects of the chart ruler could be considered. In my case my Chart Ruler is Pluto.

Suggestions? Ideas?

The Dark Night Of The Soul - Astrological Musings (Saturn and Neptune in Opposition)

While I was on vacation I happened on a radio interview with Andrew Harvey, a mystic and Shakespearean scholar who believes as many do that the earth is heading for some troubled times. I was very impressed by the depth of his commitment to the spiritual life and his eloquence in describing the twists and turns that are required on the path to becoming one with the divine.

Harvey's recent book is entitled The Sun at Midnight: A Memoir of the Dark Night , written about his long journey through the dark night of the soul. In the opposition from Saturn to Neptune, many of us are experiencing such a "dark night" in the form of the ending (Saturn) of our illusions (Neptune). Although Pluto is now associated with death and the principle of rebirth, before Pluto was discovered Saturn ruled over death's domain. Death under Saturn is a cold hard ending as we come face to face with the fragility of our spiritual connections under Neptune. Although Saturn is a stern teacher, the rewards are great and when we face the hard lessons that Saturn brings we are given great rewards. In its opposition to Neptune, adopting or deepening the discipline (Saturn) of a spiritual practice (Neptune) will help to facilitate the progression of our cosmic education.

But there is a deeper death in Harvey's writings: the death and regeneration that we associate with Pluto. The reclassification of Pluto into a new category along with Ceres and now Eris adds a new complexity to our concept of this transformation that we may not yet have the capacity to understand. Perhaps there is a clue in Harvey's words from an interview he gave in San Francisco last year:
[Regarding St. John's "night of the senses" and "night of the soul"] This first dark night purifies all of the senses so that they can become the vehicle of the inner divine self. This first dark night is extreme, but it's not as extreme as the second dark night. It's a purification that enables the ordinary senses to start registering the divine world. Through devotion, through meditation, through intense mystical practice, you start to see the divine light. At first it just flashes, and then when the process is complete, you have an overwhelming experience in which you see the entire creation as a manifestation of the light, and your consciousness is one with that. This is not enlightenment. This begins what is called the state of illumination. Although the senses are purified, and although they're able now to register the divinity of the world, the ego is still subtly present. So there has to be a second death on the path, which is the death of the personal identity. . . .

The entire world is now going through a massive crucifixion on all levels. It's going through an environmental crucifixion -- hundreds of species are vanishing every month. It's going through a personal crucifixion. There are two billion people living on less than a dollar a day. It's going through a crucifixion of all the patriarchal systems -- look at Enron and what it has shown us about Corporate America. Look at the Catholic Churches' scandals of pedophilia and what it shows us about authority. Look at the growing disillusionment of politicians of all kinds. All of the systems are being exposed as illusory and as fantasy ridden -- as deeply corrupt and exploitative.

There's another kind of crucifixion going on -- crucifixion of purpose and hope. Everybody is totally bewildered. They know that the world is potentially on the brink of total apocalypse. There's a tremendous danger that as people wake up to the horror of what is going on, they will run into political extremism or into fundamentalism of one kind or another. So it's extremely important that the wisdom of the dark night gets across because if people understand the necessity for this crucifixion, and understand that it's preparing the resurrection and the birth and an empowerment, then they will be prepared to go through it without fear -- or without too much fear -- trusting in the logic of the divine transformation.

See, the power that is doing this to us is coming towards us simultaneously with terrifying destruction and extreme grace and prosperity [emphasis added]. The destruction is, in fact, a form of that extreme grace. It's quite clear that humanity is now terminally ill, and can only be transfigured by a totally shocking revelation of its shadow side. And this is what we're living through, these shadow sides exploding in every direction because we have done nothing but betray the sacred in us.

We have lacerated the sacred in others. We have betrayed the sacred in an orgy of fundamentalism. We have brutalized the sacred in nature. We are now terminally destructive. . . .

You can lose hope. But if you know the wisdom of the dark night, then you are looking out for protection. You're aware that through this terror, protection will be given. This is the universal testimony. They mystics have gone through this process. It's the testimony of Rumi. It's the testimony of the great shamans. It's the testimony of St. John of the Cross, and it's the testimony that I gave in this book. And it's, of course, the testimony of Bede Griffiths. You are given tremendous divine protection, because as the human is being destroyed, the divine consciousness comes up. So one side of you is being annihilated, but the other side is stronger than ever in the ashes. So great dreams will come and light will become more and more vibrant. The divinity of life will become more and more naked to you. Miracles will take place to protect you. To anybody who comes to this path, the divine is both extremely ferocious and extremely tender. Ferocious to destroy the illusions, but tender to give the human being the courage to hang in there and do the work.
It's becoming more and more clear to me that the newly tripartite nature of Pluto embodies the symbolism of this process: Eris creates the discord and strife that begins the death of the ego under Pluto, and Ceres presides over our emergence from the underworld and the regeneration of our lives.

Gnosis - Spiritual Awakening

Etymology

Gnosis is a Greek word, originally used in specifically Hellenistic pagan philosophical contexts. Plato, for example, uses the terms γνωστικοί - gnostikoi and γνωστικὴ ἐπιστήμη - gnostike episteme in the text called Politikos. The word means the "knowledge to influence and control῾ Gnostike episteme was also used to indicate one's aptitude. The terms do not appear to indicate any mystic, esoteric or hidden meaning in the works of Plato, but instead expressed a sort of higher intelligence and ability analogous to talent.[6] The term is used throughout Greek philosophy as a technical term for experience knowledge (see gnosiology) in contrast to theoretical knowledge or epistemology. The term is also related to the study of knowledge retention or memory (see also cognition). In relation to ontic or ontological, which is how something actually is rather than how something is captured (abstraction) and stored (memory) in the mind.
Gnosticism and the New Testament
Among the sectarian gnostics, gnosis was first and foremost a matter of self-knowledge which was considered the path leading to the goal of enlightenment. Through such self-knowledge and personal purification (virtuous living) the adept is led to direct knowledge of God via themselves as inner reflection or will. Later, Valentinius (Valentinus), taught that gnosis was the privileged Gnosis kardias "knowledge of the heart" or "insight" about the spiritual nature of the cosmos, that brought about salvation to the pneumatics— the name given to those believed to have reached the final goal of sanctity. Gnosis was distinct from the secret teachings revealed to initiates once they had reached a certain level of progression akin to arcanum. Rather, these teachings were paths to obtain gnosis. (See e.g. "fukasetsu", or ineffability, a quality of realization common to many, if not most, esoteric traditions; see also Jung on the difference between sign and symbol.) Gnosis from this perspective being analogous, to the same meaning as the words occult and arcana. [7] Which is the same knowledge of prognostication.
The Gnostics in the Early Christian Era

In the formation of Christianity, various sectarian groups, labeled "gnostics" by their opponents, emphasised spiritual knowledge (gnosis) over faith (pistis) in the teachings and traditions of the established community of Christians. These sectarians considered the most essential part of the process of salvation to be this personal knowledge, in contrast to faith as an outlook in their world view along with faith in the ecclesiastical authority. These break away groups were branded minuth by Hebrews (see the Notzrim) and heretics by the Fathers of the early church due to teaching this type of authority rejection referred to as antinomianism. The knowledge of these sectarian groups is contested by orthodox Christian theology as speculative knowledge derived from religio-philosophical systems rather than knowledge derived from revelation coming from faith[8]. Gnosis itself is and was obtained through understanding at which one can arrive via inner experience or contemplation such as an internal epiphany for example. For the various sectarian gnostics, gnosis was obtained as speculative gnosis, instigated by the contemplation of their religio-philosophical (Cosmological, salvational and rational) systems. These systems were pagan (folk) in origin and syncretic in nature. The gnostic sectarians vilified the concepts of an subjective creator God (Plato's demiurge) and objective creator God (one that creates ex-nihilo) as in the Judeo-Christian God (creator) and sought to reconcile the individual to their own personal deification (henosis), making each individual God[9]. As such the gnostic sects made a duality out of the difference between the activities of the spirit (nous), called noesis (insight), and those of faith[10].
During the early formation of Christianity, church authorities (Fathers of the Church) exerted considerable amounts of energy attempting to weed out what were considered to be false doctrines (e.g. Irenaeus' On the Detection and Overthrow of False Gnosis). The gnostics (as one sectarian group) held views which were incompatible with the emerging Ante-Nicene community. Among Christian heresiologists, the concept of false gnosis was used to denote different Pagan, Jewish or Christian belief systems (e.g. the Eleusinian Mysteries or Glycon) and their various teachings of what was deemed[11] religio-philosophical systems of knowledge[12], as opposed to authentic gnosis (see below, Gnosis among the Greek Fathers). The sectarians used gnosis or secret knowledge to reject the traditions of the established community or church. The authorities throughout the community criticized this antinomianism as inconsistent with the communities teachings. Hence sectarians and followers of gnosticism were first rejected by the Jewish communities of the Mediterranean (see the Notzrim 139–67 BCE), then by the Christian communities and finally by the late Hellenistic philosophical communities (see Neoplatonism and Gnosticism).
In the writings of the Greek Fathers

See also: Noetic Consciousness
The fathers of early Christianity used the word gnosis to mean spiritual knowledge, in specific knowledge of the divine. This usage to a degree being analogous with the modern usage of the word mysticism. This positive usage was to contrast it with the use of the word by gnostic sectarians. This use carried over from Hellenic philosophy into Greek Orthodoxy as a critical characteristic of ascetic practices via St Clement of Alexandria, Irenaeus, Hippolytus of Rome, Hegesippus, and Origen. Gnosis here meant intuitive knowledge, spiritual knowledge, heart knowledge (kardiognosis), memory of an experience of God and or the divine. As such it was emphasized that such knowledge is not secret knowledge but rather a maturing, transcendent form of knowledge derived from contemplation (theoria resulting from practice of hesychasm), since gnosis can not truly be derived from gnosis but rather gnosis can only be derived from theoria.[13] Gnosis thus plays an important role in relation to theosis (deification/personal relationship with God) and theoria (revelation of the divine, vision of God).[14] Gnosis, as the proper use of the noetic faculty plays an important role in Eastern Orthodox theology. Its importance in the economy of salvation is discussed periodically in the Philokalia where as direct, personal knowledge of God (noesis; see also Noema) it is distinguished from ordinary epistemological knowledge (speculative philosophy).
]Hellenic philosophy

The Neoplatonic philosophers, including Plotinus, rejected followers of gnosticism as being un-Hellenistic and anti-Plato due to their vilification of Plato's creator of the universe (the demiurge),[15] arriving at dystheism as the solution to the problem of evil, taking all their truths over from Plato.[16] Plotinus did express that gnosis, via contemplation, was the highest goal of the philosopher toward henosis.
[edit]Eric Voegelin

Eric Voegelin (1901-1985), partially building on the concept of gnosis as used by Plato and the followers of Gnosticism, along with how it was defined by Hans Jonas,[17] defined the gnosis[18] of the followers of Gnosticism[19] as religious philosophical teachings that are the foundations of cults. Voegelin identified a number of similarities between ancient Gnosticism and those held by a number of modernist political theories, particularly communism and nazism.
Voegelin identified the root of the Gnostic impulse as alienation, that is, a sense of disconnection with society, and a belief that this disconnection is the result of the inherent disorder, or even evil, of the world. This alienation has two effects:
The belief that the disorder of the world can be transcended by extraordinary insight, learning, or knowledge, called a Gnostic Speculation by Voegelin (the Gnostics themselves referred to this as gnosis).
The desire to create and implement a policy to actualize the speculation, or as Voegelin described it, to Immanentize the Eschaton, to create a sort of heaven on earth within history by triggering the apocalypse.
Voegelin’s conception of gnosis and his analysis of Gnosticism in general has been criticized by Eugene Webb, who holds a Ph.D. in comparative literature. In an article entitled "Voegelin’s Gnosticism Reconsidered", Webb explains that Voegelin’s concept of Gnosticism was conceived "not primarily to describe ancient phenomena but to help us understand some modern ones for which the evidence is a great deal clearer."[20] Webb continues, "the category (of Gnosticism) is of limited usefulness for the purpose to which he put it…and the fact that the idea of Gnosticism as such has become so problematic and complex in recent years must at the very least undercut Voegelin’s effort to trace a historical line of descent from ancient sources to the modern phenomena he tried to use them to illuminate."[21]
^ "Spiritual knowledge is the state of spiritual theoria, when one sees invisibly and hears inaudibly and comprehends incomprehensibly the glory of God. Precisely then comprehension ceases and, what is more, he understands that he does not understand. Within the vision of the uncreated Light man also sees angels and Saints and, in general, he experiences communion with the angels and the Saints. He is then certain that resurrection exists. This is the spiritual knowledge which all the holy Prophets, the Apostles, Martyrs, ascetics and all the Saints of the Church had. The teachings of the Saints are an offspring of this spiritual knowledge. And, naturally, as we said earlier, spiritual knowledge is a fruit of the vision of God.
^ They claimed to be a privileged caste of beings, in whom alone God was interested, and who were saved not by their own efforts but by some dramatic and arbitrary divine proceeding; and this, Plotinus claimed, led to immorality. Worst of all, they despised and hated the material universe and denied it's goodness and the goodness of its maker. For a Platonist, is utter blasphemy -- and all the worse because it obviously derives to some extent from the sharply other-worldly side of Plato's own teaching (e.g. in the Phaedo). At this point in his attack Plotinus comes very close in some ways to the orthodox Christian opponents of Gnosticism, who also insist that this world is the work of God in his goodness. But, here as on the question of salvation, the doctrine which Plotinus is defending is as sharply opposed on other ways to orthodox Christianity as to Gnosticism: for he maintains not only the goodness of the material universe but also it's eternity and it's divinity.
^ The teaching of the Gnostics seems to him untraditional, irrational and immoral. They despise and revile the ancient Platonic teachings and claim to have a new and superior wisdom of their own: but in fact anything that is true in their teaching COMES FROM PLATO, and all they have done themselves is to add senseless complications and pervert the true traditional doctrine into a melodramatic, superstitious fantasy designed to feed their own delusions of grandeur. They reject the only true way of salvation through wisdom and virtue, the slow patient study of truth and pursuit of perfection by men who respect the wisdom of the ancients and know their place in the universe.

right now, Im feeling a bit pissed off with all these people who insist that staying in the love and light is the only place to be. Be positive, dont focus on the negative. Bla bla bla. But I like studying the darkside of life and humanity, my own darkness. It intrigues me, I love following its trail back to its root. Why is it just seen as a negative and not the flip side of positive? Reality? Part of life? I love burning down to the ashes of self and reinventing, reinvigorating, evolving with some new perspective, insight, wisdom. As a scorpio woman who has spent quite a large amount of life in the darker recesses.. do the shiny shiny people not just shit you to tears? Or am I just jealous of them for their constant friggin happiness? I for one think humans need a good dose of hardship to make them better people, give them perspective. I have experienced a lot of grief, which inturn makes me appreciate life as (one example) or is this just rationalising my own behaviour? Probably.

Corvus (The Crow)

Ok, here is the constellation and the mythology. Does anyone apply this symbol to their chart interpretation? And if so, can you share with us, some of your insight or imput on this image and energy????

Corvus (pronounced /ˈkɔrvəs/, genitive Corvi /ˈkɔrvaɪ/) is a small constellation in the southern sky. Its name is Latin for raven or crow. It includes only 11 stars visible to the naked eye (brighter than magnitude 5.5). It was one of the 48 constellations listed by Ptolemy, who only counted 7 stars, and it remains one of the 88 modern constellations.

Corvus contains no Messier objects.

The Ringtail peculiar galaxy consists of the possibly colliding NGC 4038 and NGC 4039, and appears to have a heart shape as seen from Earth.

The center of Corvus is home to a Planetary nebula NGC 4361. The nebula itself resembles a small elliptical galaxy, but the magnitude 13 center star gives away its true nature.

Mythology

See the story at constellations Crater and Hydra.

Once the crow had beautiful silver or snowy white feathers and could speak to humans, but that all changed. As Apollo’s sacred bird, the crow (or Raven) was told to watch over his pregnant love, Coronis. Coronis slowly lost interest in Apollo and was attracted to a mere mortal. The crow, who was secretly spying on her, reported her unfaithfulness to Apollo. In a rage of anger he unfairly turned the loyal raven’s feathers black and took away it’s ability to speak. Coronis was killed by Apollo’s twin sister Artemis. The child of Coronis and Apollo was rescued and raised. He then became known as Asclepius, the god of medicine and healing.

Another well known story is that when Apollo sent his raven to get some water in the god’s cup (Crater), the raven waited for some figs to ripen and had a feast on them. He came back very late with a water snake (Hydra) and the water in the cup (Crater) he was sent for. The foolish raven blamed his tardiness on the water snake. Apollo was not tricked. He put the raven in the sky along with the water snake and the cup. ‘Till this day, the snake keeps water from the eternally thirsty raven.

Native American view of Crow~

*Many Colored Crow*
Once long ago,in the time of the ancestors, people had refused to care for the Dead, and the Earth was filled with ghosts who committed every kind of mischief. Finally,in desperation, the ghosts had appeared to first man, explaining their plight. First man heard their plaintive cries and sent his twin brother, Many Colored Crow,to help them.In thise days,Crow possesed feathers so bright they made the painted bunting look dull and lusterless. Many Colored Crow walked across the land, telling the people about the Dead and their troubles. He explained that if the people would honor and care for their ancestors, the Spirits would reciprocate. They would help the living by bringing messages from the Spirit World. The ghosts would cease harming people and quit playing tricks on them.Everything would be better. The people heard the words of Many Colored Crow and began to care for the Dead. But so many ghosts walked the land that Many Colored Crow had to do something more.He had been passing through the forest when he found a high hill.Around the base of the hill he gathered piles of dried brush. Then he climbed the base of the hill and built a fire in a clay pot.He prayed for four days.Singing to the four sacred directions and the ghosts heard. They came from all over the world to see what Many Colored Crow was doing. On the day of the Winter Soltice, all the ghosts had finaly arrived. At last~one of the ghosts~a warrior who had died in battle and whose body had been cut up~asked Many Colored Crow "What are you doing up here on top of this mountain,Singing and Dancing? We have all come to see you!" Many Colored Crow raised his hands to the Morning Sun,saying "I have brought you here to Sing you to the land of the Dead. But you cannot go as you are now.You are full of anger and evil. You must be cleansed of this before I Sing you to the Land of The Dead. And saying that, Many Colored Crow picked up the pot with the fire burning inside it and whirled it around his head, scattering the burning embers into the dry brush. The brush instantly caught fire and the whole mountain was engulfed in flames. The ghosts cried out and tried to escape but the fire completely surrounded them.In the end,all that remained were ashes. These Many Colored Crow collected and carried with him to the Land of the Dead, where the souls were finally freed. All the wickedness had been burned away.In the process however,Many Colored Crow's brilliant feather colors had vanished, all of them burned a deep black~~which is why,to this day,Crow has Black feathers

I'm in the mood for love, and i just noticed that I may have had the pleasure of interacting with just about all of them at one point or another, and so i must make a list of what I like about them,

by their sign.

Try it it's fun, let's see, we got-

Aries- they're easy to talk to, wants to have fun, fun is always the goal, as a friend will always be on your side in battle, as a lover, well lusty is the first thing that comes to mind, and that's always good.

Taurus- very charming people, and sensual, i was surprised at how intuitive, knows how to please and not just physically, a lot of common practical sense and is obligated to offer their services, loyal as friends, if they say they'll be there, they will be there

Gemini- smart as hell which is so damn sexy, also seems to be either intuitive or just so smart they know you like that, a lot of fun, they hold their own,

Cancer- understanding, they spoil you and pamper you and hug you right when you need it, very wise, knows how to talk you through anything, you feel very comfortable with them, their sweetness makes you irresistible to having an affinity for them

Leo- they are fun, and full of life, it's all about good times, and they're hot, and very intelligent, you have long interesting conversations with them and you look up and it's been 3 hours, they make you feel good by being in their presence, they're insatiable in the boudoi

Virgo- they will take care of you, they're sharp, and neat, they also appear to responsible individuals with goals and stuff

Scorpio- they are soo sweet, their affection is the best, they are sexy, responsible, you respect them, they're rocks, they get it, they get you, did I say they were sweet? I love their humor too,

Sagittarius- laugh out loud funny, exciting to be around, they're sexy too, i love their honesty, and their insight

Capricorn- another rock, very dependable and responsible, these fuckers are HOT, and funny funny funny

Why is my Scorpio guy stinging me so bad? :(

Ok this is a very looong story, so try to bear with me :) There's so much to this story and a lot of drama, but I'm trying to shorten it as much as I can, so this is just the basics lol... But I'm trying to figure out exactly why my Scorpio guy friend is stinging me now. We have only known each other from myspace so it's always been a long distance 'relationship' for us. I live in WA, USA and he lives in Italy. But starting out we had a very intense connection and long distance relationship. And he would always tell me how he loved me and I'm his perfect girl, etc., and that I reminded him a lot of his Pisces ex-gf who he loved (I'm Pisces too btw). And he told me that he has dreamed about me for a long time (for a year before i even realized he liked me so much), and he couldn't believe we were actually starting a relationship, because he has wanted me for so long. And I was 18 at the time (I'm 19 now) but he was 33, and he wanted me to come to Italy really bad to visit him. He knew I couldn't go though because I still live with my parents and they would think I was crazy if I went to Italy to meet a foreign guy they don't know lol =/ But as time went on and we got even closer, then he started telling me that it's too hard for him to keep waiting for me because he needs a physical relationship too and he feels like he's going crazy when we can't physically be together. And he started distancing himself from me more and hiding his feelings more because it was getting hard for him, and hard for me too.

And then he told me last November that for now I can date other guys and he can date other girls until I can visit him. And I understood that because I know that he can't just wait for me forever. But here's where it gets more confusing for me... I started flirting with another guy online (who lives in the USA lol, I'll call him J.), and the only reason I started flirting with J. was because me and my Italian guy (I'll call him M.) were kind of distancing from each other (because we were trying to not get too emotionally attached). And I told M. about the new guy I was talking to online because I wanted to be honest with him. But M. seemed jealous about him. And he would tell me things like J. is no good for me. He never gave me any reasons, he just said he was no good for me. Actually he did say that I should date younger guys closer to my age, and I guess he didn't like the fact that J. was 33 like him (and also a Scorpio). I'm guessing that he was probably thinking that if I started any relationships with guys closer to my age that it wouldn't be as serious. But anyway, J. had to leave for business, and he was traveling all over the USA and so I wasn't able to talk to him anymore because he was really busy. Btw, I told J. about M. too, because I was being honest with him too, and I wanted him to know that for now I'm not sure what would happen with us because I still have feelings for M.

But when J. left for business then I started talking to M. more again, and one time we were chatting on an Italian forum and there was just me, M, and another lady there.. but we were chatting about Astrology signs, and I was saying that I love Scorpio and Cancer men (since I'm a Pisces). And then I could tell that M. was getting kind of irritated because of how he was trying to ignore me on the forum. And then he said, "You just love boys, you are always cheating on me with guys on myspace!" I think he just said it out of anger and he didn't really think about it first. But I was shocked and embarrassed because he said that in front of the other lady on the forum. So I just told him "This is not the place to talk about this.", and then I sent him a PM and asked him why he said that?! And I reminded him how he told me that it's ok for me to date other guys for now. And I told him that he has been acting mad at me lately too. Then he PM'd me back and said that he was not mad at me because he ignores people when he's mad at them. Then I replied and told him that he did seem to be ignoring me more lately though. Oh and I forgot to say that right before all that happened on the forum, he told me about a dream he had about me, and he said that in his dream I visited Italy without even telling him and he found me there dancing with a bunch of guys like a slut! =/ And he knows full well that I am not a slut at all! I have had only one sexual relationship with my ex-bf! And I don't 'frivolously' flirt with guys either, I always take love and even flirting seriously.

And anyway, in the meantime we were still getting closer, or at least I was feeling closer to him and I realized how much I actually loved him then. And I would write him very erotic stories about me and him for him, because he always tells me how he loves my sexual imagination :) But not only erotic, but very emotional and loving too. Because I was trying to tell him how strong my feelings were getting for him. And then, (it's a long story) but I found out that he was also starting a relationship with an 18 yr old girl from Italy too (who's a Leo btw)! It was long distance for them though too... they have never met in person. She was having a lot of the same problems I was having I guess, that her parents wouldn't want her to go meet a strange guy they didn't know either. And I was heartbroken at first because he was trying to hide it from me! And hide it from her too. But once the shock wore off, I understood and wasn't mad about it because we had the agreement that we could date other people for now. I was just sad and hurt that he never told me and he was trying to hide it from me. And I also did not understand at all why he would say I was cheating on him when he was also flirting with another girl! And yet I was honest with it, but he was not!

And to add more drama to the story, there was another guy who was someone I knew from work that had asked me out a few times before, but I always told him no because I still had strong feelings for M. But once I found out that M. was flirting with another girl and working towards a relationship with her, and since J. was out on business all the time so I never talked with him anymore because he was always busy, then I accepted a date with the guy from work. And I let M. know too because I was always honest with him. But then later M. was acting more stand-offish and kind of mad at me and acting jealous about the guy I started dating. And M. told me that now he's even more unsure of long distance relationships with girls because I didn't waste any time meeting other guys! :( And he told me that he could see that I was always ready but I was just waiting for his authorization! (His English isn't real good lol). And I reminded him again how he told me I could date other boys back in November, and this was March! And I also told him how I turned this guy down a few times before accepting a date with him because I still had such strong feelings for M. And I told him that I probably never would have even started dating this guy if it wasn't for all the drama that just happened when I found out how M. is trying to start a relationship with another girl.

But to make a long story shorter... he's been more and more distant with me, and acting mad at me more :( and the last thing he told me when I was trying to ask him why he seemed so jealous of me dating other guys when he was also starting a relationship with another girl, and after we had an agreement that it's ok to date other people for now, then he told me that I can date who I want to but he can't wait for me thinking about it, because he's too sensitive :( And that was about 2 weeks ago, and I've tried to talk to him almost every day since then, but he has been completely ignoring me :( And I told him how bad it's hurting me that he won't talk to me anymore, and why is he trying to punish me? Because I love him, and even if I can only love him as a friend, that's ok. But he hasn't said one word to me since then :( And I'm so heartbroken.. I've been crying a lot lately because I just don't understand why he's acting like this! We started our relationship about a year ago, and I love him so much now. I just don't want to throw our friendship down the drain! I want to stay his friend even if we can't physically be together. But he doesn't seem to even want to be my friend anymore! :( So why is he trying to sting me so bad now? What do you Scorpios think?

I have noticed that when scorps reach fame & fortune, many choose not to put on the usual suit but instead goes for...norwegian sweaters. I find this very refreshing, that is an excellent choice when fortune smiles. My theory is that money is not strong enough to corrupt scorpios, as boss-sign they, of course, strive to get it but is not really that impressed with that stuff once there. Perhaps power & green paper is just the ultimate defense, a safe place where no other person can impose his rules on old scorpy?

What is your way of dealing with it ? Do you believe / find comfort in redemption . Like, do some good deeds, so you could feel good about yourself and live with yourself in peace.

I have been a very very very naughty girl. I was extremely flirting and fooling around with a Scorpio guy on Vent and online gaming. I'm a Gemini sun so flirting is my game but he wanted my phone number. >.> I said no. There was an awkward silence and then he left online. Why do flirt with temptation? Why do I play hard to get? >.> Help!

My first scorp-conjunction happened when I and a friend played too loud & woke a snoozing scorp who took off like a rocket & chased us under a table in the kitchen downstairs! I think he roared things like "-WHAT THE XXXX DON´T YOU XXXXXXX WAKE ME WITH YOUR XXXXXX NOISE!!" I was really scared under that table, but later in life I kind of cherish this memory: in some way it was meant to happen, destiny designed that moment.

I´ve pondered a bit about the relation between Virgos (mama scorps) & scorpio women, I have felt some...tension there. Could it be, just speculating of course, that the mama scorps do a little TOO GOOD OF A JOB doing what their doing, & scorpy women kind of feel like some intruder have trespassed into "their" territory? But there can only be one mama scorp, right..?

I don't really study Astrology much. So when my friends once said to me, "Le you're too nice to be a Scorpio. and Scorpios are supposed to be freaks. You're not even that freaky," I didn't know what they were implying. So I guess I need to be more of an asshole and a freak to fit in? Please enlighten me.

I was in a group of people and just down from the house where we were staying was a jungle. We decided to explore the jungle for reasons I didn't know about, but others did. In the jungle was a camera crew filming a piece about a creature that was just born... a half Scorpion/ half human female. The father was human, and the mother was half human/half scorpion. She was very nurturing and beautiful, but I was scared. We tried to stay out of sight, but my friend, Amanda got into her view. She started chasing us, and was talking about killing Amanda... She cornered us back at the house, but all of our friends got her before she got us. I think I was naked throughout most of the dream...weird.

The funny thing is, my friend Brooke, is a Scorpio, and she really doesn't like my friend Amanda! lol

Hydra

I put these mythological and other references, so that we can study the symbol, or, the basic feeling and energy to; the symbol to which we ascribe astrological influences. Without a proper study and introspection on the symbol and myth of the thinkers that promoted astrology, we cannot append the real life, day to day occurances that mirror this way of looking at our stars. The base upon which we build, in trying to use astrology to deepen our relationship to the cosmo's.

Hydra

Lernaean Hydra
The 16th-century German illustrator has been influenced by the Beast of Revelation in his depiction of the Hydra.

In Greek mythology, the Lernaean Hydra (Greek: (Ell-Lernaia Ydra.ogg [Λερναία Ὕδρα] (help·info)) was an ancient nameless serpent-like chthonic water beast (as its name evinces) that possessed 9 heads— the poets mention more heads than the vase-painters could paint— and poisonous breath so virulent even her tracks were deadly.[1] The Hydra of Lerna was killed by Heracles as one of his Twelve Labours. Its lair was the lake of Lerna in the Argolid, though archaeology has borne out the myth that the sacred site was older even than the Mycenaean city of Argos, for Lerna was the site of the myth of the Danaids. Beneath the waters was an entrance to the Underworld, and the Hydra was its guardian.[2]

The Hydra was the offspring of Typhon and Echidna (Theogony, 313), noisome offspring of the earth goddess, Gaia. It was said to be the sibling of the Nemean Lion, the Stymphalian birds, the Chimaera, and Cerberus.

The Second Labour of Heracles

Upon reaching the swamp near Lake Lerna, where the Hydra dwelt, Heracles covered his mouth and nose with a cloth to protect himself from the poisonous fumes. He fired flaming arrows into its lair, the spring of Amymone, a deep cave that it only came out of to terrorise neighboring villages [3]. He then confronted it, wielding a harvesting sickle (according to some early vase-paintings) or a sword. Ruck and Staples (p. 170) have pointed out that the chthonic creature's reaction was botanical: upon cutting off each of its heads he found that two grew back, an expression of the hopelessness of such a struggle for any but the hero, Heracles. The weakness of the Hydra was that only one of its heads was immortal.

The details of the struggle are explicit in Apollodorus (2.5.2): realising that he could not defeat the Hydra in this way, Heracles called on his nephew Iolaus for help. His nephew then came upon the idea (possibly inspired by Athena) of using a burning firebrand to scorch the neck stumps after each decapitation. Heracles cut off each head and Iolaus cauterized the open stumps. Its one immortal head Heracles placed under a great rock on the sacred way between Lerna and Elaius (Kerenyi 1959:144), and dipped his arrows in the Hydra's poisonous blood, and so his second task was complete. The alternative to this is that after cutting off one head he dipped his sword in it and used its venom to burn each head so it couldn't grow back.

Heracles later used an arrow dipped in the Hydra's poisonous blood to kill the centaur Nessus; and Nessus's tainted blood was applied to the Tunic of Nessus, by which the centaur had his posthumous revenge. Both Strabo and Pausanias report that the stench of the river Anigrus in Elis, making all the fish of the river inedible, was reputed to be due to the Hydra's poison, washed from the arrows Heracles used on the centaur. [4]
Hans Sebald Beham: Hercules slaying the Hydra, 1545 print.

When Eurystheus, the agent of ancient Hera who was assigning to Heracles The Twelve Labours, found out that it was Heracles' nephew Iolaus who had handed him the firebrand, he declared that the labour had not been completed alone and as a result did not count towards the ten labours set for him. The mythic element is an equivocating attempt to resolve the submerged conflict between an ancient ten Labours and a more recent twelve.

Mythographers relate that the Lernaean Hydra and the crab were put into the sky after Heracles slew them. In an alternative version, Hera's crab was at the site to bite his feet and bother him, hoping to cause his death. Hera set it in the Zodiac to follow the Lion (Eratosthenes, Catasterismi). When the sun is in the sign of Cancer, the crab, the constellation Hydra has its head nearby.

1. ^ "This monster was so poisonous that she killed men with her breath, and if anyone passed by when she was sleeping, he breathed her tracks and died in the greatest torment." (Hyginus, 30).

Crater (pronounced /ˈkreɪtər/, genitive Crateris /krəˈtɪərɨs/) is a constellation. Its name is Latin for cup, and in Greek mythology it is identified with the cup of the god Apollo. It was one of the 48 constellations listed by the 1st century astronomer Ptolemy, and remains one of the 88 modern constellations. It is faint, with no star brighter than fourth magnitude.

Notable features:

γ Crateris is a close double star, with a PA of 96° and a separation of 52". The fainter companion is magnitude 9.6. This system is located 84 light years from the Sun.

R Crateris is a semi-regular variable of type SRb and a spectral classification of M7. It has a magnitude of 9.8-11.2 and an optical period of 160 days.

SZ Crateris is a magnitude 8.1 variable star. It is a nearby star system located about 44 light years from the Sun. It is also identified as Gliese 425, and in the past it was known as Abt's Star.

31 Crateris (now regarded as part of Corvus) is a 5.2 magnitude star which was once mistaken for a moon of Mercury.

Mythology

Crater is identified with a story from Greek mythology in which a crow or raven serves Apollo, and is sent to fetch water, but it rests lazily on the journey, and after finally obtaining the water in a cup, takes back a water snake as well, as an excuse. According to the myth, Apollo saw through the fraud, and angrily cast the crow, cup, and snake, into the sky. The constellations of Corvus the crow and Hydra the water-snake are also identified with this myth.

Many scorpios would like to be like Virgo; that is their secret dream. Imagine being able to pick up ANY problem in your mind, view it from all sides, pick it to pieces like a simple toy and have a solution in the blink of an eye! Ad to that a stable, grown-up character that does not see tantrums as normal behaviour! WHO would not like such "tools" at their disposal? A pond is perhaps a starting point, but sooner or later most people prefer a nice sofa, some tea and a solid book-case.

Don't want kids or spouse? A Scorpio thing?

Hey,

I'm wondering - I'm 31, female and single - and I LIKE it. As I watch everyone I know get married and have kids, I realize I don't even want to date right now. I feel like I have so much more of my life to live before I decide to spend time with someone else. I feel like there's a lot of adventure to have first. So, is this a typical Scorpio thing, the need for individuality and independence and NOT desiring the usual balls and chains? Not that I'm saying spouses and families are bad, just obviously not for me right now. But is it just me who feels this way?

Thanks!

Scorpio and Mercury

The planet Mercury rules over intellectual energy, intelligence, memory, perception/reason, etc. so your Mercury sign determines how you think, your thought processes, etc. Mercury rules the zodiac signs of Gemini and Virgo.

If Mercury is *prominent* in your horoscope, then its positive aspects are that you are facile in speech, a good storyteller, clever, and shrewd, and you probably have a good memory, good debate qualities, and high-strung movements.
(If a planet is *prominent* in your horoscope that means that that planet is the ruling planet of your Sun sign, or perhaps it's the ruling planet of your Rising sign or Moon sign, OR maybe it's the ruler of your decanate, etc. In other words, a planet that is *prominent* in your horoscope just means that it plays a substantial role in your horoscope chart/birth chart.)

If Mercury is *afflicted* as well as being prominent, then Mercury has a negative influence. Mercury's negative influences include: lies, deceit, petty thievery, fraud, etc.
(An *afflicted* planet means that the planet in question is not in harmony with the other planets and thus has a negative influence.)
The House Mercury is in shows the particular area in which our mental talents are put to practical use. This is the area in which we realise our need to make contact and increase our learning.

It is connected with contacts to siblings, friends and people at school. Mercury represents our thoughts and the constant activity that goes on in our heads. It is connected to the nervous system and physical co-ordination.

The Sign Mercury lies in shows how we communicate and the psychological areas in which our mental talents lie. Mercury is the fastest of all planets and cleaves to the Sun, either being in the same Sign as the Sun or one of the Signs on either side of the Sun.

Aspects to Mercury show mental talents and communication styles in a very specific way. They indicate our individual interests and abilities

Sun in Scorpio-Mercury in Libra: Libra takes the edge off Scorpio's intensity and extremism, making these people more social and pleasant to be with.

In Libra, Mercury produces a mind that is well balanced, rational, and very judicial. You hate arguments and prefer to discuss issues or to reason together. You are polished in your expression, and this helps make you appear very diplomatic always. You may be very deeply concerned with human relations and psychology. You have a curiosity about people and the way they think. Getting along well with others is very central to your interests. You are easy to talk to because you listen with interest and you're honest in your response.

Although you are friendly and broad-minded, you can be stern when your principles are involved. Justice and balance are strong in your nature. You don't handle conflict all that well, and when people talk to you in a crude or uncouth manner, you back away and reject any contact, if you can.

You are really not readily adaptable to rapidly changing situations, because you have such a tendency to study issues so carefully before committing yourself. You must concentrate ever to attain a sense of expediency or decisiveness. Yet you can be counted on to relate fully both sides of any issue. Making a decision between two good options can be very difficult for you sometimes.

Sun in Scorpio-Mercury in Scorpio: Scorpio is typical here; the ego and thoughts are always focused and intense, and the desire nature rules.

In Scorpio, Mercury produces a mind that is secretive, investigative, and probing. Your method of expression is positive, and maybe a little intolerant, skeptical, and suspicious. A deep and penetrating thinker, you can dig in to the core of any issue with little wasted time or effort. You intuitive mind is capable of profound insights.

You are very good at keeping secrets. Plans and schemes are often carried on in secret. You are also very good at digging out secrets and getting to the bottom of complex issues. Thus, with this placement you may have the skills to become a detective, an investigator, or a researcher. There is much scientific ability with Mercury in Scorpio because of the innate curiosity. You are so perceptive that you "know" the unseen weaknesses and strengths of people with whom you come in contact. You have a way of seeking hidden truths and perhaps the hidden secrets of life itself.

You can be very incisive with your tongue or with your pen. Often using sharp language, you refuse to mince words or show much concern for the feelings of others. You either say exactly what you are thinking or you remain completely silent.
You can be very stubborn in your mental determination and tenacity. Your adaptability is limited in an intellectual sense because your highly emotional approach often has you prejudiced and focused on a set objective.

Sun in Scorpio-Mercury in Sagittarius: These Scorpios have a broader view of life and are generally more open or outspoken.

In Sagittarius, Mercury produces a mind that is independent, versatile, and roving. Your method of expression is impulsive, very direct, and sometimes argumentative. Yet you are social and very communicative with anyone who will listen. You may lack tolerance for the views of others when they depart from your own. You are something of an evangelist for your own opinions, and you love to get up on your "soapbox."

The natural tendency is for you to say exactly what is on your mind with little concern for fact or reality. You are impatient and don't always wait long enough to form a correct judgment. Yet people listen to you because you are interesting. Your wonderful imagination may make you a natural storyteller. You're good at improving on the truth.

Your senses are keen, but it can be hard for you to concentrate on any single subject for long periods of time. You can miss details because your focus is on the broad view.

Everything seems to interest you. You're particularly attracted to subjects that have significance beyond the everyday. You may enjoy philosophy, psychology, foreign cultures, or religion. Seeking deep understand of these broad subjects can occupy much of your thinking. You may become a lifelong student, because you never tire of learning and sharing knowledge. Forgetful and impractical, you mind may be like that of the preoccupied absent-minded professor.

What is your concept of it?

Are you punctual? Are you always late?
Are you able to gauge how long it will take to do things/get places?
What do you do to keep yourself in check?

I ask because I struggle with time....all the time. ;} I hate the clock, almost as much as I hate the money. There are occasionally those moments when everything clicks into place and I'm on time for everything, there's no traffic, or waiting in line, there's a clear path. But sometimes, there's obstacle after obstacle, which includes my own stubbornness and/or unwillingness to play by the rules.

And the other, more extended concept of time, of life's accomplishments, how do you plan yourself/your life out? I'm just curious how other people look at things like this.

Thanks!

what's your scorpio tail like?

mine definitely came lashing out again tonight.

once you cross some line, that i didnt even know was there, you're done.

that's it.

no turning back.

i get tired of feeling sorry for myself and trying to see others in some way - which just isn't who they are - and i get sick of being dicked around.

i generally think that i give people a lot of chances and am pretty forgiving and understanding, but i have a temper.

this time its my sisters. and im fuckin pissed.

as far as im concerned, i don't ever want to see them again.

i haven't had any relationship with them for about 12 years now anyhow...

Intuition/Charisma/Scorpio

There was a time in my life when I was superbly connected to my emotions. I was very sexual, very into writing (journal, poetry, stories, etc), had very vivid dreams that I wrote about and analyzed and was very psychic in some almost scary ways. That was in my early 20s when I was also very confused and going through a lot (as most in that age group are).

Now I'm 31 and find that I couldn't care less about dating, sex, etc. I don't write anymore (despite a degree in writing), although I occasionally still have vivid if mostly unmemorable dreams. That colorful, charismatic, powerful, sexual, sensual, open side of me seems gone.

I find however, my intuition is still as strong as ever. It guided me into a job that pays less than some of the higher flying jobs, but I still have one now whereas all those people in the high flying careers do not. It guided me into a taking a second job about a month before my hours at my main job were cut back, so I am now able to make sure I can take care of myself and it kept me from pushing for a bigger (and hence, more expensive) apartment. These ALL went against what my mom pushed me to do (bigger apartment, job in finance etc).

I know that my intuition is guiding me somewhere and it's somewhere sound and smart. I have no fear of that. What's bizarre and confusing to me though is that when I was younger, I feel like I was so innately aware of my own powers, so innately connected to myself and to others (to the point that in some ways I was almost too "open" and I attracted a lot of people who were psychically exhausting) and just so emotional and spiritual and so Scorpionic. I could walk into a room and even though I'm cute but not gorgeous, I could watch people's eyes all turn towards me. I could smile and literally watch people sort of become like mesmerized captured fish and just give me things and open doors for me. I used to get men and women of all ages flirting with me and trying to be with me. Now, none of that anymore.

Part of me wonders if I've lost my intuition. Am I crazy to think that?

Part of me also worries that I've lost my charisma forever. What do you all think? And do you think that personal charisma is linked to one's sexuality and sensuality?

Will that side of me come back, perhaps in a more mature and less well, needy, form? Has my intuition and general Scorpio-ishness gone forever or is it just in hiding while I focus on my career and taking care of me, rather than attracting people to me?

Going from Scorpio to Libra?! (damn Ophiuchus)

How is the appearance of Ophiuchus supposed to interact with the other signs?

As far as I know, all the dates for the signs are changed. I'm a Scorpio Sun, but according to the new "system" altered after Ophiuchus was included, I'm a Libra (?!)

Aren't the mental traits associated with the natural sign supposed to be maintained? How is this change even rational, considering that people identify with the behavioral pattern of a certain sign and then they are associated with a totally different one?

I'm not sure how to interpret this.

There is the obvious, such as being cheated on, but what REALLY scares you?

If i gave an example i would say :
You thought you found a person you'd stay with for a long time, you feel in love with them; problems started arising and it got so bad you ended it with them but still asked for them back for a year after, backing out every time because "it would be too hard". What would bring about such a reaction to a relationship? What possibly scares someone that bad?

Thanks very much
xx ...~*Oceaneyes*~

Astrology of Neurodivergence Tribe

2 days ago, I created the Astrology of Neurodivergence tribe on tribenet
http://tribes.tribe.net/neurodivergence

This tribe is to raise awareness about neurodivergence and promote
neurodiversity in Astrology. Neurodivergence will be looked at from
the neurodivergent perspective which means that it will be looked at
in a way that it's considered a variation of the human condition.
Discussion of astrological indicators for neurodivergence including
charts of neurodivergents will be interpreted including even famous
celebrities. Anything that has to do with neurodivergence will be open
to discussion. It can be people just talking about their own
neurodivergence and how it affects them and others. We will discuss
how neurodivergence affects relationships. We will provide
support, solutions, and resources. We want to help neurodivergents to
understand their weaknesses and strengths of their neurodivergence
through Astrology. Natural remedies for neurodivergent weaknesses will
be discussed. Special education therapies like speech
therapy, occupational therapy, and auditory therapy that correct
neurodivegent weaknesses will also be discussed. We will discuss how
to utilize neurodivergent strengths and how they can be applied to
certain activities and occupations.

Indigo,Crystal will also be discussed. They seem to be New Age terms
for neurodivergence. We will discuss various views about the concept
of Indigo,Crystal and whether it applies to certain generations or if
it applies to certain individuals of all ages.

Neurodivergence include the following:

Dyslexia
Dyspraxia
Various Learning Disorders (or should I say...Learning Differences)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (or should I say...Attention
Divergent Hyperactivity Difference
Autistic Spectrum (includes Autistics and Aspergers)
Sensory Integration Disorder (or should I say....Sensory Integration
Difference)
Tourette Syndrome

I created at 4:44 pm in Sacramento,California where I am at

I chose it to be formed on the 29th day because
29 is a master number,and it's associated with
ultrasensitivity,thinking in pictures,and
rightbrainedness, idealism, spirituality which can fit with combined
neurodivergence,metaphysical www.decoz.com/BdCard29.htm

I thought it was good day because of the kite of Mercury,Moon-Uranus
in Pisces,Saturn in Virgo in 3rd,Sedna in Taurus.
I thought that this fit good with the astrological communications
about information processing that is unusual and can be seem too far
out,remote in a grounded,practical,compassionate manner. This
configuration fits with feelings about things that will be empathized
with because of having similar experiences.

Eris conjunct the Midheaven is the diversity, advocacy, equal rights
with Mercury squaring, neurodiversity. I didn't mind it being a square
because of Mercury is involved in a kite. Also Mercury square Eris can
be in synchronicity with the neurodivergence itself and it could be a
very stimulating to energize the thinking processes making
communications very productive, as well as discussing
Jupiter in 7th conjunct the Descendant can be good for
optimism, expansion in relationships and others in general.
Mercury-Mars and Pluto in Capricorn 6th fit with health, service
emphasis that involves communications, actions, and transformation in
grounded,practical manner

Mercury-Mars in Capricorn in 6th sextile Moon-Venus in Pisces in 8th
fits with discussing how neurodivergence effects daily
routine, relationships as well as the secondary psychological problems
that often result from neurodivergence. It fits with communicating
about mental health problems.

Neptune in 7th/8th indicates the need to addressing the psychiatric
misdiagnoses of neurodivergents that often lead to being treated with
psychiatric medications which could lead to side effects because of
the hypersensitivity to medications due to the ultrasensitive nature
of the neurodivergent person.

Leo Ascendant with its ruler Sun conjunct the North Lunar Node in
Aquarius in 7th indicates a strong emphasis on expressing and making
connections, friends with others. Aquarius also fits with
humanitarianism and Astrology.
