A Scorpios Digestive Health and Intestinal Issues?

So I have quite a few scorpio friends both men and women. I've noticed an interesting development between them all over time. Most of the (not all) seem to have very delicate digestive systems, problems with reflux or heart burn, and varying degrees of plumbing issues from the south end, to put it nicely. I would like to hear if other scorpios share such ailments.

    regular detox should be just fine, besides it's a lovely feeling and you get more beautiful after you do it, which reminds me... i gotta get some detox stuff now...

        detox... i know ~fasting~ is a good way to do that too

        ~~~

        FIRST TWO DAYS
        ~ only raw fruits and vegetables - no meat, fish, poultry, flour, etc.
        ~ only 100% pure water, and 100% fruit juice, no sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors, etc.
        for one glass of juice: 1/4 (or 1/3) juice + water
        ~ also, tea, for additional source of energy besides fruit sugars

        *orange juice and tomato juice - put them away - they are too acidic, will burn your digestive tract when taken without proper solids.

        NEXT THREE DAYS
        ~ all liquids... no solids
        ~ if you have to eat, take watermelon, or homemade applesauce

        LAST TWO DAYS
        ~ same as in "first two days"...

        i did that a couple of times. i cried on the first time because a forbidden bag of Cheetos was lying right in front of me...... and i couldn't have a single bite.... and the vegetables scared me as well.... but you get used to it on the third day.............

        observe your skin complexion and texture after all this. =)
        • if you have some moderate to severe digestive and intestinal problems, an excess of raw fruits and vegetables can lead to furthur complications of said systems, and weaken the body, making it even more difficult to address these issues. you only do this kind of detox if you are in regular good health, with very good enzyme balances. If one is not readily familiar with the very different and varying methods to detox, it is best to get more exercise, eat pure foods without chemicals, and drink a higher amount of clean water. The proper amount of just plain water, drank regularly for long lengths of time, is one of the most effective things one can do. the majority of liquids in the body should just be...water. Better natural food stores will have staff that will be able to set you up with something appropriate to your lifestyle and problems. Avoid the herbal laxative detox, both in general, and specifically in the case of impaired digestive function.
