Transference.
Wow! Can anybody tell me how or why this process works?

i.e., you and the sea. you become the sea, and your body becomes... whoever is watching you... then you become awesome, the way your normal self thinks the sea is awesome... (i recomment "fire" for men, try any kind of flame, whatever suits your fancy. candlelight, campfire, forest fire, etc.)

or.. i.e., you and the mirror... person in the mirror is you, then your physical self becomes someone you want to attract... and you want them to think you're hot... then the person in the mirror becomes sexy..
